Privacy policy

When you run /verify in Discord, Aurimals uses Roblox sign-in to confirm your account. We store your Discord user ID, Roblox user ID, and Roblox username to link the accounts, synchronize your roles in Roblox group 789699113 with the Discord server, and synchronize your linked Discord ID with your game profile.

Sign-in uses a temporary secure cookie and a verification request that expires after ten minutes. Roblox access tokens are used to obtain your account identity, then revoked; we do not store those tokens or your Roblox password. You confirm the Roblox account inside Discord before linking is completed.

Run /unverify to remove your active account link and matching group roles. The unlink request is synchronized to the game while you are online or when you next join. Operational request and transaction records can remain to prevent duplicate inventory changes and to audit data access.

Player profiles and inventories are available only through authenticated server APIs. They are never included in the public Aurimal catalog. Authorized game operations validate profile data, item limits and Aurimal ownership before applying external changes.

This notice describes account linking and game-data synchronization. Additional policies for other game and website features will be added as those features are introduced.
